Finance and ACcounting Transformation Services (FACTS) is a full suite of finance and operations support for small and growing nonprofits that leverages a customized tool called FACTS Program Agent (FPA) that automates many crucial and time-consuming processes. FACTS serves nonprofits who:

• Have under $2m in annual budgets
• Currently use (or are willing to be onboarded onto) Quickbooks for financial management
• Are structured as a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4

FACTS partners meet weekly with a designated FACTS specialist to review current financial status and provide support for any non-finance, nonprofit operations needs.

For only $500/month, partners receive:

• Nonprofit Accounting
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Expense Management and Reimbursement
• Monthly financial reporting
• Financial planning, including multi-year budget development and quarterly forecast updates
• Remote mail management
• Month-end close services
• Monthly review of financial statements with management
